The ATHENA Leadership Luncheon is a signature event designed to connect, inspire, and empower women leaders across generations. Centered around the ATHENA Leadership Model and its eight tenets of women’s leadership, the luncheon features roundtable discussions led by accomplished women in our community.

This engaging format encourages meaningful conversations between emerging and established leaders, offering a space to share insights, experiences, and perspectives. The goal is to foster connection, spark collaboration, and strengthen the growing network of women leaders in Erie.
