ATHENA Circle of Trust
A supportive space for emerging women leaders to build trust, develop executive skills, and advocate for one another.
The ATHENA Circle of Trust (ACT) is more than a leadership program—it’s a community of women who believe that the best leaders lift others up.
Through a mutual understanding of trust and confidentiality about their goals and progress, ACT members challenge each other, provide actionable feedback, strengthen their leadership abilities, and become strong advocates for each other in the Erie community.

The program consists of three cohorts, with an average of 15 women professionals, typically ranging from early career to midlife, and encourages both personal and professional development through peer support.
It also offers access to an exclusive retreat where you’ll build rapport, deepen relationships, and strengthen trust.
So, whether you’re just beginning your leadership journey, are stepping into a more senior position, or are gaining the confidence to advocate for yourself and your fellow women in the community, the Circle of Trust is open to women who value connection and shared experiences.
